Refunds & Returns Policy

This Policy explains how cancellations, claims, refunds, and returns are handled for materials purchased from BNM Research Peptides LLC ("BNM Research Peptides"). It should be read with our Shipping Policy, Terms of Service, and Research Use Policy.

2. Cancellations before shipment

You may request cancellation by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Requests are honored if the order has not yet entered fulfillment (before a shipping label is created or the package is packed). If payment was already made, a cancelled order is refunded in full, including shipping.

We may also cancel an order before dispatch, including after payment, where verification cannot be completed, stock or lot release is unavailable, a pricing or listing error occurred, or we identify a breach or credible risk of breach of our Research Use Policy. These cancellations are refunded in full.

3. Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, ordering errors, or products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, unsealed, improperly stored, or otherwise removed from their original condition. Once material leaves our custody we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, or confirm that a returned vial contains what it left with.

Do not ship material back to us without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns are not accepted, are not refunded, and are disposed of without compensation. Shipments refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable are not restocked or resold, and where the refusal is not our fault the purchase price is not refunded.

4. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Inspect your shipment immediately on delivery. Claims for damaged, broken, leaking, missing, or incorrect products must be submitted within 48 hours of the carrier's confirmed delivery. Other order discrepancies must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product, vial label, lot number, and packaging
• Photographs of the shipping box and shipping label, and of any visible damage
• An unboxing video, when available

Do not discard the product until the claim has been reviewed and you have received written instructions. Approved claims are resolved by replacement, store credit, or refund of the affected material at our discretion. Claims submitted outside the reporting window may not be eligible.

5. How refunds are issued

Payments are processed by card through our payment partner. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval. After a refund is initiated, your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit, which is outside our control. We will send a confirmation once the refund has been submitted to the payment processor.

6. Shipping charges

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the refund results from an error by BNM Research Peptides, the order is cancelled before shipment, or a shipping refund is expressly approved.

7. What is not eligible

We cannot accept claims relating to results obtained, or not obtained, in your laboratory work; storage or handling after delivery; any administration of material to a human being or an animal, which is prohibited and voids all remedies; claims submitted after the applicable reporting window; or orders where the research-use covenant affirmed at checkout was false. Replacement, store credit, or refund of the purchase price of the affected material is the sole and exclusive remedy under this Policy.

8. Research-use disclaimer

All products are sold strictly for laboratory Research Use Only. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not sold with dosing, administration, or consumption instructions.
