Materials are supplied lyophilized and are stable for shipment at ambient temperature; cold-chain shipping is not used. Orders are processed within two (2) business days and shipped within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to jurisdictions where these materials are restricted. What is your return policy?

Because these are chemical reagents whose storage conditions cannot be verified once they leave our control, we do not accept returns of opened or shipped material. Claims are limited to material that does not conform to its Certificate of Analysis, or that arrives damaged, broken, leaking, missing, or incorrect — reported within 48 hours of delivery. All other order-related discrepancies must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Remedy is replacement or refund of the purchase price. We do not offer a satisfaction-based return.
