Compliance Policy

This page summarizes, in one place, the compliance program that governs how BNM Research Peptides LLC labels, markets, sells, and documents the research materials it supplies. It is written for buyers, business partners, and third-party reviewers — including payment processors and platforms conducting merchant or onboarding review — who need a single reference for how our research-use restriction is implemented and enforced. It does not replace, and is subordinate to, our Research Use Policy and Terms of Service, which remain the controlling legal terms.

1. Regulatory basis for research-use sale

BNM Research Peptides labels, markets, and sells every material in its catalog strictly as a laboratory chemical or biological product for research use only, consistent with 21 C.F.R. § 201.128 (and its device-labeling counterpart at 21 C.F.R. § 801.4). That standard excludes a research-use-only article from being treated as intended for a use inconsistent with its stated purpose, provided the article is not labeled, promoted, or distributed in a way that suggests otherwise. We structure our labeling, product pages, advertising, and sales practices to be consistent with that standard as a continuing obligation, not a one-time disclaimer — see Section 5 below for how that is implemented in practice.

We are a chemical supplier only. We are not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, or outsourcing facility under sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; not a drug manufacturer, repackager, or wholesale drug distributor; and not a healthcare provider of any kind. No material we supply has been approved by the FDA for use in humans or animals, and no statement we make should be read as asserting that any material has a therapeutic, curative, protective, or diagnostic effect on any disease or condition.

2. Buyer verification

We sell only to buyers who affirm, and whom we have no reason to disbelieve, are laboratories, academic or research institutions, government bodies, or business entities engaged in legitimate research activity. Every account is subject to verification before a first order is released, and we may request documentation of institutional or business affiliation, proof of age, or confirmation of intended use at any time. We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order, or decline or close any account, where the stated or apparent purpose of a purchase falls outside laboratory research.

• Buyer must be 21 years of age or older.
• Buyer must be purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, academic institution, government body, or business engaged in research, with authority to bind that organization.
• Buyer must be located in, and requesting delivery to, a U.S. jurisdiction where the material may lawfully be received.
• Buyer must not be acquiring material for personal use, for resale to consumers, or on behalf of anyone intending human or animal use.

3. Site-wide research-use acknowledgement

The homepage and the order page each display a research-use acknowledgement gate before the site or the order form is usable. A visitor must affirmatively check that they are 21 or older, are accessing the site on behalf of a qualifying organization, and will not administer any material to a human being or animal, before proceeding. This acknowledgement is a notice layer, separate from and in addition to the binding, signed covenant described in Section 4, which is the operative legal commitment captured with every order.

4. The signed research use covenant

Every order requires five separate affirmations plus a typed electronic signature before it can be submitted: age and eligibility, in-vitro-only use, non-administration to humans or animals and non-transfer to anyone who would do so, sole responsibility for lawful handling and disposal, and the truthfulness of all information provided. These affirmations are re-validated server-side — client-side checks are a usability layer only — and are stored with the order record along with a timestamp, source IP, and user agent. A false affirmation is a breach of contract that voids warranties and remedies and entitles us to cancel orders and close the account. The full covenant text is set out in our Research Use Policy.

5. Labeling and marketing controls

We do not provide, publish, host, endorse, or link to information regarding the preparation, reconstitution, dosing, frequency, route, or administration of any material we supply, on this site or through any support channel. We do not use testimonials, before/after content, or language describing results, benefits, or effects in a human or animal. We do not describe any material by reference to a condition it might treat or a performance outcome it might produce. Every product page, every promotional page, and every CoA-related page on this site is written to be consistent with these constraints, and this is treated as an ongoing content-review obligation rather than a single pass.

6. Analytical documentation and testing-status disclosure

Each released lot is supported by lot-specific analytical documentation. We distinguish, for every lot and in the same visible terms everywhere it is described, whether that documentation reflects independent third-party testing performed by a named outside laboratory, or manufacturer quality control documentation supplied by the manufacturer. We do not describe manufacturer QC documentation as independent testing, and we do not make blanket claims that apply across the catalog — testing status is disclosed individually, by lot, in our public CoA Archive and on the corresponding product page and report page for that lot.

7. Shipping and geographic restrictions

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not knowingly ship to a jurisdiction where receipt of the material would be unlawful. Delivery addresses are expected to be an institutional or business address where deliveries can be received during business hours, consistent with the buyer eligibility criteria in Section 2.

8. Monitoring and enforcement

We review site content, buyer communications, and order patterns for consistency with this program on an ongoing basis. Requests for dosing or administration information are not answered substantively; repeated requests, or a request indicating an intent to use a material in or on a human or animal, can result in cancellation of pending orders and permanent closure of the account. We investigate and act on any suspected violation of the research-use covenant, including reporting matters to the relevant authorities where warranted.
