How do I track a BNM Research Peptides order?

When is a tracking number issued?

On dispatch, by email to the account contact. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after account verification and receipt of the research-use covenant; orders requiring additional verification may take up to three additional business days.

My tracking number shows no scans. What should I do?

A number can show as not found until the carrier's first scan, usually within 24 hours of dispatch. If there are no scans after 48 hours, contact the orders team with the order or purchase order reference.
