Institutional Accounts & Purchase Orders

BNM Research Peptides sells exclusively to verified laboratory, academic, and institutional buyers. This page covers how procurement teams and lab managers open an account and place orders, including purchase order support. All materials are supplied for laboratory research use only — not for human or veterinary use.

Who qualifies for an institutional account

Laboratories, universities and academic research groups, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, and contract research organizations (CROs) purchasing materials for in-vitro laboratory research. Every account is reviewed before the first order ships, consistent with our Research Use Policy.

What we need to verify an account

• Institution, laboratory, or business name and affiliation
• A contact who can confirm the research affiliation (department, PI, or procurement contact)
• Signed research-use covenant confirming materials will be used solely for in-vitro laboratory research
• Confirmation the purchaser is 21 years of age or older

Applications are submitted through our existing institutional inquiry form — there is no separate application to complete.

Purchase orders

We accept purchase orders from verified academic and commercial laboratory accounts. To submit one:

1. Apply for or confirm your institutional account
2. Send your PO with the material, quantity, and any required internal reference or cost-center code to our orders team
3. We confirm availability and issue a formal quote matching your PO
4. Once account verification and the research-use covenant are complete, the order is released for processing

Bulk and custom quantities

Quantities or fill weights outside the standard catalog listings are quoted individually for verified accounts — see our bulk and custom quote page to request one directly.

Documentation that ships with institutional orders

Every lot includes its lot-specific Certificate of Analysis. Additional lot documentation or CoA reissue requests can be sent to our documentation team separately from order inquiries — see How to Read a CoA for what's included on each certificate, and our testing pages on RP-HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identity, and heavy metals screening for what each result establishes.

Payment terms

Orders are invoiced on account approval. We do not take card payment at checkout — an invoice is issued once availability is confirmed and account verification is complete.

We are expanding our accepted payment methods; if the options above do not suit your institution's procurement process, contact our orders team and we will work with your accounts payable team.

Material is released for processing once payment or an approved purchase order is on file, together with the signed research-use covenant.

Processing and shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days; orders requiring additional account verification may take up to three additional business days. We ship domestically within the United States only. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for full detail.
