Procurement & Documentation References
This page summarizes what institutional buyers can expect when ordering from BNM Research Peptides: how accounts are verified, what documentation ships with every order, and where the underlying records live. It is written for purchasing, compliance, and lab-management teams evaluating us as a supplier, not as a testimonial page — we do not publish health, dosing, or personal-use claims anywhere on this site.
Ordering workflow
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Inquiry | Buyer submits the institutional inquiry form with organization name, research affiliation, and intended use category. |
| 2. Account verification | We confirm the buyer meets our research-use criteria before any order ships. See institutional accounts. |
| 3. Quote / purchase order | Standard catalog pricing is public; bulk and custom-quantity orders are quoted after verification. See bulk & custom quotes. |
| 4. Covenant & order submission | A signed research-use covenant is recorded with every order at /order, including timestamp and signature. |
| 5. Fulfillment | Orders are packed and dispatched with the shipped lot number recorded against the order record. |
| 6. Tracking | Buyers can check shipment status at /track-order with automatic carrier detection. |
Documentation package
Every order is accompanied by lot-specific analytical documentation. The CoA archive lists, for each catalog material: compound, CAS number, lot number, testing laboratory, test date, method, and result. Our CoA guide explains how to read RP-HPLC purity and mass spectrometry identity results. Where a lot currently carries manufacturer QC documentation rather than an independent third-party report, the archive states that plainly rather than describing it as independent.
Chain-of-custody & lot traceability
The lot number printed on the vial resolves back to its Certificate of Analysis and to the order record it shipped against. This lets a buyer's own quality or compliance team trace a specific vial received to the specific analytical report covering that lot. See quality control for the exact panel run on every lot, and what is not tested.
Purchase orders & payment terms
We accept ACH/bank transfer, purchase orders, and check from verified institutional accounts. See institutional accounts, bulk & custom quotes, and our FAQ for current accepted methods.
